Sorry, I understand this is a Slovak forum, but I don't speak your language and need a quick help. Five of my friends are travelling from Croatia to Kaliningrad, and today they are in Bratislava. A few kilometers from the town one of them broke a dropout (the part between derailleur and the frame). Where can they buy the broken part in Bratislava? What do you call that part in Slovak? Thanks in advance

What is the brand of the frame? The part you write about is probably the hanger, we call it "pätka", read "petka" in Slovak;)

Update: Bike brand is Wheeler, and model is Cross 63.

Well, not know if any of the stores have wheeler spare parts, it's not very common here.
All of those shops above have physical stores in Bratislava, check their www for addresses.

Although one might say that the brand Wheeler bikes is not very common here, there is a real chance that the rear derailleur hanger on one of your buddies bike is the same as other vendors use on their bikes. For example, check this site
https://www.bicycledropouts.com/bd-dh1109p
Cross 6.3 is listed there, but it is possible that your buddy has got a newer model with different type of hanger.

Author (a Czech bike vendor) uses similar derailleur hangers. I guess it's worth dropping by here https://www.chillisbike.sk too.
