The Speed Sensor 2 can be used to provide speed and distance data to a paired device, or you can use the sensor by itself to record activities that will include speed, distance, and calorie information. After you complete a ride, you can sync the Speed Sensor 2 with the Garmin Connect app to upload the activity and keep it as long as you want.
Important Notes:
The Speed Sensor 2 will automatically start recording a ride after 15 seconds of the wheel continuously spinning, and stop recording that ride after 4 minutes of the wheel not spinning.
The Garmin Connect app cannot be used to view the Speed Sensor 2 data in real-time. Recorded data from the Speed Sensor 2 can be viewed in the Garmin Connect app after the ride has been completed.
The Speed Sensor 2 can record up to 300 hours of ride data without needing to sync.
For any ride where an Edge 1030 (or newer) and a Speed Sensor 2 are used at the same time, the sensor will disable recording temporarily so that the ride is not recorded twice. In this case, you would use your Edge to record the ride.
If your Speed Sensor 2 was previously paired to an Edge 1030 (or newer) but you don't use that Edge for a ride, the Speed Sensor 2 will still automatically record that ride.

Naozaj ma vyznam kupovat drahe GPS zariadenie za stovky eur a nie je lepsie kupit len bluetooth senzor (na rychlost a pripadne dalsie) a pouzivat telefon s dobrym drziakom?
Pride mi ze okrem uspory penazi a starania sa o dalsie zariadenie tak ten telefon bude mat aj vacsie moznosti (za pomoci mnozstva aplikacii), ci sa mylim?
Diki za reakcie.
Len ma nasmerujte, ja si pohľadám, ale nejako neviem nič také vygúgliť a prechádzať si značku za značkou a model za model je na dlho.
Ak máte konkrétne tipy, tiež poteší (netreba mi navigáciu ani mapu, potrebujem iba záznam tracku a možnosť v teréne uložiť si body).
Hocijaký garmin, wahoo a tak ďalej. Všetci to majú
